Gold Charm Bracelets |

Okay, I’m gonna try to get my question across as clear as possible…

Let’s say I have a little toy soldier and I want to make it into a charm for a necklace. How do I go about putting a hole into it and create a loop to be embeded into it, in order to make it a charm?

I’ve googled searched and I’ve been to ehow.com and can’t find an answer to what I’m looking for. Please, help me!

But what if I want the loop to be coming out of the top of it’s head, instead of making a hole in the head that is from the left to the right side.

If the toy soldier is plastic, you can heat a large tapestry needle and
pierce a hole; you can also use a hand sewing leather awl to bore a hole in it. After the hole is made, use a jewelry jump ring to insert in the hole.
You can also "heat" the toy in extremely hot (boiling) water to soften in, however, there are no guarantees if it melts or the shape "warps".

The top is perfect for blonde hair. And would look good with the brown flips flops. I say GO FOR IT.

Its a silver bracelet with a light green ballet flat with a little bow on it, cherries (red rinestones for the cherries and green rinestone for the stem), a sliver A with a rinestone on it with a little key, and a rinestone hello kitty. Any other charm ideas?

Sounds cute to me. If it’s for yourself don’t worry about it, put on what you want. If it’s for someone else just try to see if it’s what they like.

I got an antique sterling silver charm bracelet from my boyfriends’ Mum for my 21st last week.

I would love some suggestions of UK website selling charms (any material, I don’t mind mixing and matching) but especially quirky/unusual charms, as I’m not really interested in charms like shoes/handbags/cocktails (even though I love shoes and cocktails). If anyone could find a curly or Dali style moustache charm that would be amazing, but anything a bit interesting is fine haha!
